Warriors and Second Foundation's: Riot Control showdown 

Winged Warriors battle Second Foundation's Riot Control.

      It was the best of times, it was the worst of times...well I suppose it depends which clan you were a part of.  In this exciting clan match with the well respected Second Foundation, the Winged Warriors put on an impressive display of objective control, slaying ability and team work. 

Game One - ZvB on Lockout

  Game one was decided: the dreaded Zero vs. Bobs, a Second Foundation specialty.  A king of the hill burrito wrapped in a soft tortilla made of shotgun shells and sniper casings filled with bits of Spartan scooped up from the middle of Lockout. . . MMMM YUMMY! It was an all out war for control of the middle.  Winged Warriors starting on sniper tower. Second Foundation starting on Battle Rifle tower.  Both teams blasting away, but when a game ends with one team having a +46 kill/death spread and the other a -48, a sure victory was at hand.  Isnagov came away with not only the most kills in the game, but the most time as well leading the Winged Warriors to 3min to 1min 49sec victory over Second Foundation.

Game Two - Multi Flag on Coagulation

   The second game was chosen by the Winged Warriors.  It began with both sides rushing for rockets and ended with WW Horizon of the Winged Warriors walking away with 53 kills and 6 deaths, an overkill, and a bit of jet lag from the Banshee he dominated with.  What happened in between was complete map control by the Winged Warriors (as seen on the Game Viewer from Bungie.net) and a 3 to 0 victory.

Game Three - Multi Flag on Beaver Creek

   Game three gave control back to team Second Foundation...or so they thought Muuhahaha MMUUHAHAHA *cough* sorry.  It started like all Beaver Creek games: long walks in the park, a picnic by the over shield, and complete mayhem!!!  With two flag caps by the Winged Warriors victory was close at hand, but with a quick grab, toss, scramble, duck and cover, grab again, throw, run, ohhh watch out, toss it up, SCORE, by Second Foundation the WW had to get back on track and play a little more defensively.  Kills were traded, along with a sweet Fried Chicken recipe from Zirvon, but the Warriors with Wings took home flag number 3, victory number 3, and the clan match.

Game Four - Lowball on Lockout

   Deciding to continue on in what was a fun night of video game induced ecstasy, the Winged Warriors chose Low Ball: a game type that exploits a team’s weakest link. Although both teams played impressively it was the team work and excellent ball control of the Winged Warriors that added yet another tally on the Winged Warriors side of the board.

Game Five - Team Slayer on Midship

 With battle rifles loaded and the gentle hum of an energy sword filling the air, game five began.  Both teams spread out and began peppering each other in an attempt to take control of the map.  With the Winged Warriors quickly taking positions on the upper portions of the map the rout had begun.  Although the Second Foundation players had great team work and impressive amount of assists the game quickly ended with the fifth and final victory going again to the Winged Warriors in under three and a half minutes.

Summary

 The Winged Warriors would like to thank Second Foundation for a great night of games and look forward to many more.  They were gracious in defeat and that is the true test of a good player.
