Welcome to the Winged Warriors news archive. Our website was released on August 21st of 2005, this page contains every update from that time to April of 2006.

If you missed the Riot Podcast this Sunday then you probably have no idea about the new content we've already released here on our online Halo 2 headquarters. The Munitions Depot, a new page dedicated to Winged Warriors media, was released to the public on Sunday. The ammunition includes three new official Winged Warriors wallpapers, two new articles (bring the total of helpful Halo articles to four), along with never before released warthog racing video and four game videos from the Winged Warriors & PraetoriaGuard clanmatch. To access the depot and all these new munitions simply click on the corresponding link on the right hand side of the page titled Munitions Depot. Check back soon for more updates.

The results for Clanmatch 16 are finally in. Night Rider details the results from this latest clanmatch for the Winged Warriors. It was a mix of different games and had some interesting sub-stories, all in all it is a great read. Do you want to know who won without reading the intricate and oh so interesting results? Sorry, no spoilers, not even on the PMS Charlie clanmatch. It is required that you go right now and read it in it's entirety.
Last Thursday night the Winged Warriors shared the battlefield with the Halo 2 Junkies. For those of you who may not be familiar with them, they are a clan that has grown from the community surrounding halo2.junk.ws; an incredible Halo 2 statistics tracking website which recently celebrated it's second birthday.
We were originally planning to play our normal competitive five game series but we decided to meet on a more recreational basis and put the competitve match on hold. It was an action-packed night of gaming in both familiar favorties like Capture the Flag and Team Slayer as well as extraordinary new gametypes like the Winged versus Bobs and Capture My Armadillo (a.k.a. CMA). We even had the pleasure of entertaining Halo community members like TPA Phatdad from the Panic Attacks, Bitter Irony from Second Foundation and even Lord Gideon from our sister clan PraetoriaGuard. These guys all stopped by to say hi and got more than what they bargined for with the Winged Warriors and the Junkies. Both groups had an incredibly enjoyable experience with an awesome set of players. Check out the stats on the left to see how well, or how poor your favorite player performed in each game. Also don't forget to check back soon for the PMS and Panic Attacks clanmatch results!
Our "double kill" clanmatch Thursday didn't happen last week as planned. The Panic Attacks were forced to reschedule due to player availability, the good news is that we're playing them tonight. Team Phoenix will face off in a recreational style clanmatch against the TPA team at 10:00pm cetral time.
Our PMS clanmatch results are on the way and they will be on this site before the end of this week. You have no idea how hard it is to keep quite about these results until we can release them on the website. It'll be a good read well worth the wait, we promise.
Here at the Winged Warrior's website we have this ongoing tradition called "the Beatdown". Beatdowns are simply famously large updates where we pack in as much juicy information as we can manage without violating your comfort zone. This week's Beatdown includes some very important tryout news and a ton of Clanmatch details including both rumors and full blown facts. So sit tight for a second and make sure you don't miss a thing.
The Winged Warriors are changing the way they run tryouts. After an overwhelming experience during our last tryouts we are introducing a system that will allow us to have tryouts more often. Players who are interested in trying out need to download this Word Document, fill it out and send it in to tryouts@wingrunner.net. This adds a step to the tryout process but it will allow us screen the players who want to join. It will ensure that the high quality players out there will recieve a chance even among the crowd and it will free us up to hold individual tryouts if we want to.
Team Pegasus matched up last night against Rampant Fury in their second Podtacular Season Tournament playoff match. Going into the game one of their members had just a few games of practice but the team was upbeat. They lost all three games including capture the flag on Warlock where they held a two - zero lead only five minutes into the game. It was a disappointing loss against a good team but they have come away from the match a much more experienced team. They, as Winged Warriors always do, are applying what they learned to strengthen their teamwork and strategy. Good job to both Team Pegasus and Team Phoenix on their tournament performance.
This Thursday marks two historical events in the clan. For the first time the Winged Warriors are scheduled to compete in two clanmatches at once. That's right, not only are we playing against PMS Charlie but we are also fielding a battle squad to meet another reputable clan called The Panic Attacks. Team Pegasus will attempt to hold their own against a squad of all girl gamers and Team Phoenix will try to lock down The Panic Attacks in our first rematch against any clan. Our first true clanmatch double kill and our first clanmatch rematch. Stay tuned for those results after Thursday.
We also have a clanmatch against the H2 Junkies from the amazing stats tracking Halo.junk.ws website. This match is scheduled for Thursday night on December 7th, more details on this match are on the way. There is a possible clanmatch against a clan called SBG Omega that is looking to land late December or early January.
That's it for now, we still have news left to announce but our concern for your comfort zone will hold back the battles page updates until at least tomorrow. Thanks for visiting and check back soon.

The Winged Warriors have a clanmatch against the well known and respected Charlie Division of the all female gaming clan called PMS. The clanmatch will start this Thursday November 30th, 2006 at 10:00pm Central Time and the Winged Warriors will face off against four of Pandora's Mighty Soilders in a five game series of "hardcore" (Halo's word for games that start players with the more accurate battle rifle) gametypes. We have obtained the details and gametypes we will be playing during this match and have posted them on the battles page.
Pegasus' teamwork shined last night against SBG Alpha in their first playoff match. Team Pegasus pulled together and defeated SBG Alpha from the Lamb Clan in a three and out winning streak. They will continue in the single elimination face off next week against a team called Rampant Fury that has some talent (we don't know much more about them). A quick look at the brackets reveals a possible match against Cavetacular, the team that beat Team Phoenix, provided both teams win their next matches, it also reveals that there are only eight teams remaining and just two matches until the finals. Team Leader Night Rider 7, who is taking a "one game at a time" approach, said "We're just focusing on the basics of teamwork and doing our best to prepare for each match. It helps having teammates who are good at what they do and understand what we're trying to accomplish in each game.". Team Pegasus would like to extend many thanks to Sword of Laban and Team Phoenix for helping us prepare, we learned some of our key elements with these guys. Keep looking here for future updates and keep routing for the Winged Warriors' Mighty War Pony, Team Pegasus.
I recently received an e-mail from a player with the gamertag "vote4JR". J.R. is a member of the Podtacular All-Stars and was grouped with the Winged Warriors' Team Phoenix in the first round of the Podtacular Fall 2006 Season Tournament. We mentioned before that Team Phoenix declined a forfeit and played a match that didn't have to be played just to give the other team a chance. The other team was J.R.'s team which is named "Your Team" (it's confusing I know). Pastemaster who is the Leader of Team Phoenix made the call which could have been the difference between first or second place seeding for the first round of the playoffs. Team Phoenix lost their playoff series but Pastemaster's leadership deserves some spotlight. Here's what J.R. had to say about the situation.
Pastemaster did a very kind and generous thing towards "Your Team". A few of the guys on my team went against "Your Team" orders and decided that they could schedule their own matches without me knowing. To make a long story short they scheduled a match and no one showed up for it, except Team Phoenix. According to Podtacular Fall 2006 Season Rules this would be considered a forfeit, but pastemaster, out of the goodness of his heart, rescheduled a match with us and we got one played. Now I know that I would not have done this. To give a stranger a second chance is a very tough thing to do. Now I do not know how your system works or how you guys, so to speak, "roll", I highly recommend (almost demand) that you give pastemaster a promotion. He is a very, very nice guys who is understanding and caring.
Congratulations to Team Phoenix to making it to the playoffs. They played very well. They did not trash talk or cus. They were very very nice and great and worthy opponents. Good luck to you and your clan.

It's time to let you all in on our leviathan secret we've been keeping for some time. The Winged Warriors have officially joined the Halo3webring. We made the decision to join in October but because of tryouts we decided to announce it when the CSoC favored it more. You may notice some changes have already been made to our headquarters page, and we will be making more changes soon. The munitions section will have it's own page complete with official Winged Warriors desktop wallpapers, articles and in the future it'll have videos. We now have three new sister clans, rock solid web hosting and huge active forums. The main page for the webring is being designed by Night Rider 7 and will be updated in less than a week when they make the switch from Halo 2 to Halo 3. Be sure to visit our new sister sites and tell them we sent you.
As you know, the Beatdowns are updates that have several news items. This one is HUGE, we're killing our webmaster.
This week's Beatdown includes some very important announcements from the clan and an unusual amount of Tied The Leader related news. Be sure you read all the way down to the previous news post or risk missing important updates. We could be talking about Brathnok, who missed our Podtacular tournament update and made his mistake public on the WikiRiot podcast, or we could be referring to someone else; we're not saying. Also keep coming back for more news as we continue to keep you updated on all things Winged Warriors including a roster update, new clanmatches, new practice schedules, our gigantic secret and much much more.
The Winged Warriors will have Thursday November 23rd off for Thanksgiving. In other schedule news we're having Rookie practice on Monday nights until we work out a more permanent solution. The "Rookie" practice isn't just for the rooks, but for all of the Warriors who can attend. We've updated the practice page to reflect both changes and will continue to update it as our schedule will be changing soon.
Team Pegasus and Team Phoenix will both be advancing in the Podtacular Season tournament. Pegasus finished first in it's group even though they were only able to play one game. One of the teams dropped out and the other team didn't show up. Phoenix finished second in their division after opting to allow one of the teams to play after they had forfeited, when they did play Phoenix had to play a man down. Congratulations to both of our teams for making into the playoffs, if both teams continue winning they are set to face each other in the semi-finals. Have a look at the brackets.
The Tied The Leader Gunslingers recently celebrated their one year anniversary which they dubbed a Gunniversary after their "one year of simulated violence". In this announcement a manhunt was issued, and the Tied The Leader clan would be rewarding Halo 2 players who meet and beat a TTL team in matchmaking with a new currency called the Gunslinger Buck. Four members of the Winged Warriors earned their reward last Saturday night in a vicious capture the flag game on Zanzibar. Four Winged Warriors fought until the end to secure two flag captures to the Gunslinger gang's one. As a result we received two Gunslinger Bucks, (notice the plural) one for the win and another for the tea-bagging Night Rider endured from his Mid-world friend AmericanNightmr. Xerxdeej, founder, overlord and writer extraordinaire from Tied the Leader has informed us that we were the first ones to cash in for the reward. Congratulations to the Winged Warriors who participated you'll get your fifty cents share as soon as the G-bucks hit the bank.

Last Thursday night Truth Seeker asked our Overlord Night Rider 7 to participate in an eight on eight challenge against the TTL Gunslingers. The results for this clanmatch have been posted on the battles page. Be sure to check them out for the details on this massive eight on eight clanmatch dubbed here as Clanmatch 15a.
Things you should know, all of which are things we will be telling you about right here on this website. Stay tuned.
There are currently three confirmed new Winged Warriors and possibly even a forth. Becoming part of this Halo 2 clan isn't something that is taken lightly, and the players who passed tryouts can attest to that. Our decisions were weighed carefully and over a long period of time, and the decisions we made were not easy. Several excellent players put for their best efforts and seven were put through an intense interview. To the new recruits: welcome to the clan, we hope your term as one of us is both long and successful, to everyone else: yes, we'll announce their names shortly when we announce the results.
As you know, the Winged Warriors held tryouts last Sunday. We were overwhelmed with the response that we received; with more players trying out than we've ever had in clan history. We had to split into two lobbies just to hold all of the players wanting to try for a chance to become part of the Winged Warriors. After a full night of gaming and slaying with the Winged Warrior hopefuls we narrowed the participants down to seven players who would receive an interview with our top dogs. Some of those players have already had their interview and we're still waiting to meet with the remaining players before we make any decisions. Stay tuned though because our next update might include the names of the newest recruits!
Now we'll fill you in on the Winged Warriors' two competing squads in the Podtacular Seasonal Tournament; Team Pegasus and Team Phoenix. Team Pegasus swept it's first match against Ubber N00bs Inc. winning 2-0 and taking the overall point lead against all twenty-four competing teams. The points were decided based on our victory and our kill to death ratio for the games. Team Phoenix didn't fair so well, they had to play a man down due to one of their own being M.I.A. but Phoenix still managed to win their objective game: MLG CTF Classic on Midship. Good luck to all teams as the go into the second and third weeks of the first round.
The day you all have been waiting for has finally arrived. The Winged Warriors are holding tryouts tonight at 8:00pm Central time. Don't be late and make sure you have one of us on your friends list. Good luck to all participants.
Another website overload that took forever to create and upload (okay so we're exaggerating a little).
Halowiki.net has long been the home of a massive Halo 2 multiplayer knowledge repository and the online headquarters for the Clan of Bobs. Recently Brathnok and Sigafoos from the wiki started the official Podcast of Halowiki.net which they aptly named WikiRiot. This week's episode of WikiRiot features our very own Night Rider 7 as guest host. This weekly Podcast makes it easy and entertaining to keep up on the Halo community and all the happenings at the constantly updated Halowiki.
The Winged Warriors have entered both of their squads into the Podtacular Fall 2006 Season Tournament. Team Phoenix will play against two teams named "Your Team" and "Team Google" in the first elimination round while Team Pegasus will battle against "Ubber Noobs Inc." and "Unnamed Team". The top two teams in the first round will advance to the quarter-finals and work their way through the semi-finals and lastly to the finals where the two remaining teams will battle for the championship. The winners will be interviewed on the popular Podtacular Podcast and apparently there could be more prizes announced after the start of the tournament.
On the last Beatdown we mentioned that DonWan2DaATX's player profile was online. However it wasn't posted on the roster page and consequently people were having trouble finding it. Now it is, have a look.
Most of you know that our website went down again on Friday. You may notice that our previous news post points visitors to check back tomorrow for the next update. Because of the unexpected server crash we were not able to make the update and for that we apologize. Special thanks to John Sabel (a.k.a. Zervon) for hosting our site until we find a more permanent solution. We're back online and don't intend to go anywhere, anytime soon. We won't promise tomorrow (we've already learned that lesson) but more tryout information coming soon.
Ladies and Gentlemen, we are proud to present, for the very first time clanmatch results with each game written from the perspective of a different player. This was for Clanmatch 15 against the Tied the Leader Gunslingers. We have game one from the eyes of Pastemaster, game two written by Simmons 2pt0, bart 008 covering game three, Night Rider 7 bringing the "down-low" for game four, and a very special guest writer American Nightmare who brings game five from the perspective of the TTL Gunslinger team, making this possibly the most interesting clanmatch review we've ever published. Enjoy the read from the battles section and check back tomorrow for our next update.
I'm not sure our webmaster is going to survive the Beatdown he's getting from the number of updates we are posting here in the next few weeks. The number of changes, updates and announcements is gigantic compared to our normal website activity; however, YOU SHOULD NOT PANIC. Now we know that the sound of chaos roaring through your veins as you begin panic can be appealing... but for your own health and safety we have designed a simple yet effective way to combat the confusion called the Beatdown. The Beatdown is a compiled a list of all the latest content designed to help you catch every ounce of Winged Warriors juice. Keep coming back for the newest Halo 2 & clan news straight from the Winged Warriors headquarters.
We know that tryout news is eaten alive by our fans and Winged Warrior hopefuls alike, the spike in online traffic after our first announcement proved that. We all desire to be apart of a solid and longstanding clan is one that almost every gamer shares. So, instead of keeping all of you in the dark, we're giving out important information for those that are interested a little bit at a time. Why? Well (a) we really like suspense and (b) we don't want to give away the surprises we've been working on for over a month now. So we've hit a compromise; we'll give you what you need, but we'll save the best for October 29th at precisely 8:00pm Central Time. Here are ten things to expect:
The Tied The Leader Gunslingers are notorious. Their leaders are the unofficial journalist for the Halo 2 community, their members have inspired world-wide epidemics of the highly contagious E.W.R.S. (Excessive Warthog Racing Syndrome), and they have an upcoming clanmatch against the Winged Warriors this Thursday. Check out the updated battles page for more details on this and other Winged Warrior clanmatches.
Following our recent clanmatch with Sword of Laban we have since struck up a trustworthy relationship with many of their loyal players. Because of their willingness to help us practice, their attitude, and the consistant challenge they bring to us we are proud to call them friends; and from now on we will call them allies. Sword of Laban members have not only been amazing scrimmage partners, but great friends that we will gladly share the battlefield with. Check out the alliance page for more information about this formidable clan.
We all know that many people have been waiting for this so we'll cut right to the chase. We are holding tryouts for the Winged Warriors on October 29th, 2006 at 8:00pm Central Time. These tryouts will be open meaning that anyone can participate reguardless of current clan associations, you do not have to leave your clan just to tryout. The tryout consist of two parts, first is the actual tryout which we use specifically chosen gametypes to guage your skill and second is an interview(s) with our Overlord and other Warriors. We have a helpful Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.) section that covers tryouts (as well as challenging the Winged Warriors and a little clan history), we suggest you take a look if you want more information. If that doesn't answer your question just follow the instructions on the F.A.Q. page and we'll help you out.
We do not learn as much during success as we do during struggle. When our flaws and weaknesses are exposed by challenge and when our mistakes become costly, we learn what needs to be changed. It has come to our attention through recent clanmatches against stronger opponents that we need to prepare and practice differently if we are to be the dominant and competitive clan we strive to be. Today we are proud to announce a new clan structure and practice agenda that will encourage more competition, force more player improvement, and help produce newer more advanced strategies.
This new structure changes the way we will practice and includes the first complete formation of our two competitive squads: Team Pegasus and Team Phoenix. These two Winged Warrior squads are now equipped with a complete roster independant of each other and their own team leader. The remaining warriors who are not included in either team will be placed into a player pool where they will continue to practice as part of the clan. Members in the pool will be playing with Team Pegasus and Team Phoenix in a third, open roster team that will be focused on improvement and stratagy developement. The three teams will rotate during practice, one team will run a hypotheticals and planning session while the other two will scrimmage against eachother. Once the scrimmage is complete, the team holding the H&P session will switch with one of the teams from the scrimmage. This new agenda will give members who have a strong desire to excell an opportunity to become part of a better team and it will give the Winged Warriors two solid competitive teams that will sharpen each other and compete in tournments.
Finally, we have the highly anticipated release of Clanmatch 09 available on the battles page. This clan match was between the Winged Warriors and Sword of Laban, and after reading about it I'm sure you'll agree that this was a close match. This long delayed clanmatch review accompanies a new friendship that has grown between our two clans. We've spent many nights fighting the "Blade" in some intense scrimmages and we hope to continue what could be a new tradition.
We also have Simmons 2pt0's player profile on the roster. Simmons has been a member of the Winged Warriors since April and has contributed to the team during practices, clanmatches and has even written a clanmatch review for the website. Be sure to check back soon for the release of Clanmatch 10, 11, & 12 results, two more player profiles and news about our upcoming tryouts.
We mentioned in the previous update that we will have the clanmatch results from our battles with Sword of Laban and Truth Regret online soon. What we forgot to say was that our battle against the Dark Legion and our battle against the Clan of Bob's famous Power Ranger squad have not been forgotten. We will post the results for this "clanmatch killtacular" online soon. The Sword of Laban battle results will be online first (later this week) followed by Truth Regret, The Dark Legion and the CoB Power Rangers. Check back soon for these updates and more!
Results from yesterday's Clanmatch 13 against the Podtacular All-Stars, and the results from a not so recent Clanmatch 08 against WillClan4Food are both available on the battles page. Special thanks to Isnagov for writing the majority of the recap and helping us set a new speed record for posting clanmatch results. We'll continue playing catch-up on our clanmatches and our hope is to have the two remaining matches we had against Sword of Laban and Truth Regret online as soon as possible.

One last quick note: our practice page has been updated with a new calendar that neatly displays our practice times in an organized fashion.
Many of you have been wondering why the website has been inactive recently. So you know we have been experiencing some trouble with our File Transfer Protocol (commonly known as FTP) and as a direct result, we have been unable to update our website. Those same people who have been wondering about the website have been asking about the team and what we've been up to. Don't let the lack of updates fool you, we have been busy as ever. The Winged Warriors have had several clanmatches against respectable clans and have continued in our pursuit of our excellent competitive performance. Below is a list of upcoming clan activities:
We are trying to participate in MLG New York and are looking for sponsors. MLG New York is a great way to advertise to gamers everywhere. MLG will be featured on USA network this October and thousands of fans already watch Video On Demand, a video streaming service provided by Major League Gaming that gives live and repeat feeds of games played by teams. Whether you are marketing a product or simply getting your company some well deserved exposure this is an excellent way for any company to target a spcific audience with focused advertising. If you are interested in sponsoring the Winged Warriors for this excellent advertising opportunity please contact us at battles@wingrunner.com for more information.
Those of you who follow the Winged Warriors know that our overlord and webmaster Night Rider 7 is away from his Xbox for the majority of the summer. The Winged Warriors however are still active and even in the absence of their founder have played in three different clanmatches against WillClan4Food, TruthRegret and Sword of Laban.
Clanmatch 06 was played on Tuesday, April 25th, 2006 at 10:00pm central time against The Panic Attacks. The Winged Warriors played a comprehensive five game bout against opponents who were better than expected. We hope to play them again soon. We've got more battles coming up soon (see bullet below) and we plan to prepare for them well. You can read more about our latest series with The Panic Attacks and our other clanmatches in the battles section.
Clanmatch 07 was scheduled for Thursday, May 4th, at 9:00pm central time against a large and well known clan called 2old2play. The Winged Warriors fielded their competitive squad for this four game series. We didn't know too much about 2old2play except that they're all over 25 years old and they still play Halo... our compliments to them for their dedication. Isnagov and Night Rider 7 have written an excellent review for this clanamatch which you need to read, check out the Clanmatch 07 results. Because we had to cut the challenge a game short, and because of the tight competition 2old2play has promised us a rematch.
Night Rider 7 and bart 008 participated in the Tour De Halo today. Neither players were able to make it into the finals due to a unintentional barrel rolls, a few flat tires and the intense, nerve racking competition. Night Rider literally handed away his only first place victory because he didn't know how to finish the race correctly and took what was an unneccesary extension of the coarse (he placed third). Both members represented the Winged Warriors well and were able to temporarily curb their Excessive Warthog Racing Syndrome (also known as E.W.R.S.).

Before you get excited about the next clanmatch, both Rookies and Veterans alike need to know the new practice schedule.

The recent Winged Warriors tryouts were a facinating success. The clan will (and already has started to) recieve an injection of fresh blood as a direct result of our efforts to expand the team's training basis. This fresh blood was purposed as preparation for the clan's summer and fall seasons, and will allow the clan to compete on a much broader scale than before. To help our new members become contributing members who can participate competitively we are introducing them to the existing Winged Warriors and are starting their ability and tactics training today. A special thanks to Pastemaster, MASbetty, bart 008 and Schooly D for helping facilitate during the tryouts, it wouldn't have happened without them.

Clanmatch 06 has been scheduled for this next Tuesday April 25th, at 10:00pm central time. We will be playing The Panic Attacks in a comprehensive five game match. We look at this as an excellent opportunity to compete and if the match is decided early we will allow some of the new rookies to get some valuable and fun experience. Clanmatch 07 will be against 2old2play and could be as early as the 27th but nothing is official as of now. We will bring you more information on the tryouts, followed by a complete roster update, and as always we'll keep you posted on the battles.

Last night was a night of disappointment, the Winged Warriors had prepared fiercely in what we thought would be a great match against a reputable clan; the Tied The Leader Gunslingers. After an unexpected surprise our four man squad that had been preparing for the match (Night Rider 7, Pastemaster, bart 008 and Tinman 13) was a man down due to uncontrollable circumstances. To make a long story short we had to cancel our first clanmatch because we only had three available players to their thirty. The cancellation of our clanmatch was a heartbreak, anyone who knows the Winged Warriors knows that we thrive on competition. Our regular clanmatches are the biggest part of that. To add insult to our sorrow the Gunslingers decided to write an update on their clan site about our recent cancellation which was titled Failure to Launch. While we hold high respects for all of the Gunslingers we don't appreciate how they have treated the matter. Some have called it a "forfeit", others have said that they were "stood up" by the Winged Warriors, their overlord has written that "...their clan boasted an active membership of 5 gamers - with several others on probation for inactivity" and "...three Winged Warriors had little to offer in the way of healthy competition to thirty Gunslingers". While we understand their disappointment we cannot hide our own. Many things that have been said in the entourage following the cancellation of clanmatch 05 that are not all true and represent us inaccurately.
We didn't forfeit and we did not stand them up. We asked for a postponement after they turned down our offer to continue as planned in a three on three format. We don't have several members on probation for inactivity, we have two. All of this is besides the point, we were just as upset as they were and this will shortly be forgotten. This is no large matter and one we have decided to drop. We readily support the Gunslingers and would like to take this opportunity to publicly apologize for the inconvenience we have caused for them.
But wait, I thought this was titled the Winged Warriors Verses TTL Gunslingers?! It is and here's why: Tonight, when we discovered the previously mentioned article we were kicking back with some of our good friends in the Praetoria Guard. By God's design we were matched against the same Gunslingers we had planned to play the night before, but this time in a six on six matchmade game. For some of us our emotions were flying as fast as the bullets and it very well may have been the only time Night Rider shouted at the other team in the game configuration screen. With the help of Xv Nightmare vX and EvlPants, we were able to prove that the Winged Warriors can provide the healthy competition that we missed the night before. We look forward to another chance to play against the Gunslingers in a clanmatch, unfortunatly it will be delayed because of their Excessive Warthog Racing Syndrome.

Unfortunately the all female PMS Clan isn't the opponent for our next multiple game clanmatch. However, the Winged Warriors received the unexpected surprise during last night's practice session when they were matched up against the Charlie Brigade of the infamous PMS clan. You can view the unofficial clanmatch's Bungie.net game stats to see who won.
The games and details for Clanmatch 05 against the Gunslingers have been announced and are available on our battles page.
If you have been watching our battles page then you already know this, but the clanmatch results from last Wednesday's engagement with Team Schooly D have been posted. Clanmatch 05, which will be held on April 5th, will be another comprehensive, five game clanmatch. This time the Winged Warriors will be shooting it out against the famous Tied The Leader Gunslingers. The Gunslingers will be filming all five games in this match, and we plan to release the videos alongside of the clanmatch results as a special treat for all of our fans and faithful.
Clanmatch 04 details have been decided. We will be playing in our first strict 4v4 match against Team Schooly D. We have chosen two games and Team Schooly D has chosen two. For the fifth game we chose the gametype and they chose the map. You can view the games and details for Clanmatch 04 on the battles page. After the match we will post an update with the clanmatch results so that you can view them right here on our website.
We are proudly hosting a new Clan Training article written for us by LegendaryMark. The article is filled with helpful hints that will help you turn your mediocre clan into a powerful and efficient team. This is a must read for anyone looking to push their clan to the next level.
The Winged Warriors are pleased to announce that our next two clanmatches have been scheduled against very respectable adversaries.
