Here you will find the list of all the warriors who are a part of our Halo 3 clan. The list of our members on the right side of the page is organized in chronological order; senior members will be at the top and the newest at the bottom.
The Winged Warriors are composed of eight members, which form our clan match team. Every one of our players must successfully pass all stages of our tryouts and fulfill all of the clan's requirements before they are posted on the website. Each individual warrior brings something unique to the clan and has specific roles inside different game types. These warriors constantly work hard to improve their skills and increase their level of teamwork with each other. We take what we can from both victories and losses and apply it to the next game with diligent preparation and planning. We pride ourselves in teamwork and we respect each other for who we are -- we are the Winged Warriors.
Ranks
The Winged Warriors have an organized yet simple rank system. Currently there are only three levels of rank: Overlord, Team Leader and Warrior. Each rank has a unique level of investment, responsibility, and privileges.
The first rank is the warrior, they all share the same status but they may have different roles in the clan. Their main focus is simply their improvement, which is also their largest responsibility. They must practice to improve their overall ability and execution of specific techniques. Warriors can also hold extra responsibilities as assigned by their team leader or overlord. These responsibilities often include strategy development, or the creation of a practice itinerary. These warriors are the blood of the clan, we couldn't operate without them.
The next rank is the team leader. Every team leader must be promoted from a warrior and cannot be given this rank when they join the Winged Warriors. They are group commanders with up to five warriors in their squad. Each team leader is responsible for the growth and improvement of his squad's ability, efficiency, teamwork and squad coordination. He is the player who is responsible for each game his team plays. He must develop creative thinking, strategy and good communication in all of his players.
The final and highest rank is the overlord. The overlord usually doubles as a team leader with a squad. Their main responsibility is administration. Such responsibilities include coordinating clan events and schedules, management of clan resources and assets, planning for the clans future and all other duties that are not fulfilled by another member. Overlords must effectively oversee and manage all other members in the clan and all of their efforts are focused on the health and performance of the clan as a whole unit.
